In business, where competitors can be so plentiful and persistent, the idea of collaborating with other firms in your field is probably not your first choice among operating alternatives.
Then there are the professionals at the Autograph Media Group – independent providers who saw value in a flexible, team-oriented approach. Web designer James Davis Jr. of Davis, Charles & Huff and Deanna Mims, owner of Market Done, came up with the idea in 2013.
The intrepid, fast growing and hard-to-suppress dandelion serves as the patron flower of entrepreneurs. The Dandi Awards, named after this tenacious, hard to eradicate and hearty plant that thrives even when conditions are hard, celebrates local entrepreneurs who give back to their communities.
